Imma is from Cádiz in the South of Spain, living in Aberdeen, Scotland. Imma is a sommelier, a poet, a podcaster, a mother, a slow food advocate, and an animist activist.
Rod is a strategy advisor for indie brands. Rod is from Lima, Peru, living in Frankfurt, Germany.
In the first conversation, Inma and Olabanji discussed how our buying habits could impact carbon emissions, the benefits of buying local produce and choosing locally grown food and in-season fruits and vegetables.
In the second conversation, drawing from their experiences growing up in Spain and Peru, and from their grandparents' thrift habits, Inma and Rod shared practical tips for reducing wood waste and its harmful impact on the environment
